Since childhood, I have made something from every material available. I went to clubs of ceramics and art and I had to try everything that I possibly could. I think I got the inclination to creative techniques from my ancestors. Two of my great grandfathers were painters, my grandfather and my mother are creative, too. I think that my fondness of everything creative influenced the choosing of my line of work. I could expand my creativity when making cakes and desserts.
I discovered polymer clay eight years ago on maternity leave and that started my ‘life with polymers’. As time went, many techniques turned up. After some time I felt I wanted to share my experience with other creative people. Polymer clay workshops fulfill me. I like to be in contact with other people and I am happy when they leave with smiles on their faces. I also hope I passed something onto my children and that they will find enthusiasm for polymer clay or at least that they will know how to appreciate a good craft.
